Pickup Times: |
|
|
- Post Office - 12:00 noon every day, including Saturday.
- Fedex, UPS and DHL - about 4:00 PM weekdays.
|
|
|
If you have an urgent package and you are
on the way here, and you are afraid you will miss the daily pickup,
call us. We can ask the driver to wait a few minutes. |

|
Drop Offs: |
|
|
- We cheerfully accept your UPS and Fedex drop off
packages at no charge.. Please be sure that your package is
properly
packed, completely sealed with tape top
and bottom, and ready to
ship. If it is not,
we will provide additional packing material and seal it with
tape for a small fee.
- Please record your tracking number before dropping off the
package. You are the shipper, and we have no way to trace
the package after it is picked up by the carrier. Your copies of the tracking number and shipping paperwork are
your receipt.
- You must fill out and sign a form stating your name, address
and driver's license or ID number when you drop off a closed
self-packed box for shipment.
- Please use packing tape, not duct tape, not masking tape, and
not painters tape.
- Please DO NOT wrap your package in brown paper.
- The package should not rattle, talk or play music.
Please remove the batteries from items that make noise.
- Please Review the list of things we can't ship.
We can't accept them as drop offs either.

We Can't Ship: |
|
|
- Firearms or ammunition
- Liquor, perfume, or any product containing alcohol.
- Aerosol cans
- Any items in boxes with ORMD markings. You may not cross
off, cover or deface the ORMD label and use the box regardless
of current contents..
- Any items in boxes marked with any label for a prohibited
product, including alcohol or firearms, regardless of current
contents.
- Cash and gift or cash cards
- Packages wrapped in brown paper.
- Call and ask about any items that may be questionable.

If you
have something that you packed yourself: |
|
|
- Please review the standards for drop-off packages and things
we can't ship. Many of these standards will apply to your
package.
- You will be asked to sign a statement accepting responsibility
and all liability for the contents of your package.
