Iron Mountain places secure, locked containers in our store. Then, at regularly scheduled intervals, Iron Mountain uniformed specialists transfer the containers to secure vehicles and transport the sealed containers to one of their secure shredding facilities.

Iron Mountain shredding facilities feature strict ID badge/security procedures, perimeter monitoring, secure exterior fencing, and closed-circuit TV surveillance.

Immediately on arrival at the Iron Mountain facility, your materials are shredded beyond practicable reconstruction. The materials are then sent to authorized plants for recycling or are incinerated on the premises.
